Girl's and Boy's Varsity Head to State Playoffs

Both the Boys and Girls Basketball teams also advanced to the State Playoffs this year. The Lady Knights qualified as the 4th seed in the Region and will travel to Gordon Lee to play the Trojans in the 1st Round of the State Playoffs at 4:00 on Saturday. The Boys advanced to the Region finals eventually losing to Providence Christian 38-42. In doing so they earned a number 2 seed in the Region and will host Mt. Zion (Carroll) a First Round State Playoff game at 7:00 on Friday.

Wrestlers Compete at State Meet!

Seven St. Francis wrestlers advance to the State Championships by virtue of placing in the top eight at the Area Championships. The following wrestlers competed in the State Finals at Gwinnett Arena, Thursday through Saturday: Nick Connors, Vic Cubas, Joe Rollins, Grant Estell, Philip Chung, Julian Karlin, and Mark Mongel. Sophomore Mark Mongel finished 3rd in the state in the 215 lb weight class, senior Philip Chung finished 4th in the 152 lb class, senior Nick Connors finished 4th in the 125 lb class and sophomore Julian Karlin placed 6th in the 189 lb division. Overall St. Francis placed 7th in the state, the Knights highest finish ever.

Congratulations Equestrian Team!!!

St. Francis High School and Middle School Equestrian teams were awarded Reserve Champion Trophy and Champion trophy respectively at a competition December 5th. Congratulations girls!!!

Chick fil A - Windward partners with St. Francis High School...

Chick-fil-A Windward Parkway is proud to partner with St. Francis High School in a fund raiser for their 2010 Prom on April 17th. Everytime St. Francis students make a purchase at this location between now and March 31st, Chick-fil-A will donate a percent of the sale to the Prom Committe.
